2026 Advancing Literacy: 1,320 Storybooks, 20 School Libraries, Hundreds of Children Empowered


    Celebrating 2025 Bridge to Mastery: Teachers' Training Across Core Subjects

    • The 3-day Teachers Training Program (October 8-10, 2025) became a transformative experience for over 140 primary and secondary school educators across Patani LGA. 
    • Teachers immersed themselves in practical learning, strengthening their mastery of core subjects, modern teaching methods, ethics, digital literacy, and the safe, responsible use of generative AI.   
    • They discovered new ways to inspire their pupils, including how to establish Spelling and Debate Clubs that bring learning to life.  
    • Through hands‑on classroom demonstrations, computer‑lab sessions, and subject‑focused workshops, teachers gained renewed confidence, sharpened skills, and increased knowledge to transform the future of children across the region. 
    • The training also included free breakfast and lunch.
    • The Foundation issued certificates of attendance to participants.

      2024 Education Conference: Strengthening Schools, Empowering Communities

        

      • 300 teachers, education officials, parents, students, and community leaders hosted for two days of learning, collaboration, and empowerment.
      • May 31, 2024, workshop on the Foundation's research topic, Evaluating Factors Contributing to the Abandonment of Formal Learning Trajectories: A Case Study of Public Primary and Secondary Schools in Patani Local Government Area, Delta State, Nigeria, was facilitated in a safe space that enabled honest conversation. Attendees did a deep dive into the challenges facing public primary and secondary schools in Patani LGA and the potential solutions to address them.
      • Session topics on June 1, 2024, focused on crucial issues impacting Patani LGA like The Importance of Educating the Girl Child, Innovative Strategies to Improve Education in Delta State, Effective Interventions to Eliminate Learning Poverty, Youth Empowerment through Quality Education, and How Poor Infrastructure Affects Youth Development.
      • Targeted donations of educational materials were made by the Foundation.

        

      This two‑day program strengthened the capacity of local schools and reaffirmed our commitment to improving learning outcomes for children in Patani LGA.

      We extend our heartfelt appreciation to all teachers, officials, parents, students, and community partners who participated. We give all glory to God for a successful program.
